Acquaintances are full of glory!
I was waiting in the airport lounge for my flight's announcement on my way back to Bombay when this girl came running to me, I rarely recognized her, "Are you Ipsita?" Ghosh!! She knows me! "Yes, I am sorry, I didn't recognized you" I replied. "Well, I am Sana from Springfield". "Oh" I was excited, "which batch you are from". It came out that she was a junior from 2012 batch and that she last saw me on my last Sports Day, god that was in 2009. Nine years later, and she recognized me. I felt to happy for this girl, her courage to run over to some old known face, just to say a hi. I was so proud of her at the moment. It made me feel special. She spoke about how I was famous in the school. We talked alot about our common contacts, so many of us. Oh and well she was Azim's good friend, and he told her about me. How unrelated, but glad to know.
These small experiences make us feel so special. I learnt her story of life and even got a chance to motivate her for what she was doing and how she has grown up so strong.
I hope experiences such as this keep happening to people, they bring a moment of happiness, an unrecognized smile and a steer clear glimpse to the world of hope that good people are out there, waiting for ur happiness.
Thanks Sana, for stopping by, you introduced me to a moment worth the breath.
